At Revolutionary Communities, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service through our various offerings, including Community Intensive Assessment, Community Strategy Consulting, and our in-person and virtual events. Below, you will find our detailed fulfillment policy, outlining our commitment to delivering quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. Service Fulfillment Overview
Community Intensive Assessment and Community Strategy Consulting Services:
- Upon agreement and receipt of the initial payment, services will commence according to the timeline specified in the contract.
- Our consulting services are collaborative, involving direct and personalized interaction with the client to achieve desired outcomes. Services are delivered through a series of pre-scheduled sessions, strategic assessments, and development phases as outlined in the clientā€™s agreement.
In-Person and Virtual Events:
- Our events are carefully curated to provide valuable insights, networking opportunities, and community engagement. Upon registration and payment, your attendance is confirmed for the specified event.
2. Refund Policy
Consulting Services:
- Refunds for consulting services are not provided after the service has commenced. Once the initial payment is made and services have started, the client is committed to the full terms of the agreement.
- If a client wishes to terminate services early, they may do so; however, no refund will be issued for services rendered up to the point of termination.
In-Person and Virtual Events:
- We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all events. If you need to cancel your attendance more than 30 days before the event, you can receive credit towards another event of equal or lesser value.
- For cancellations made within 30 days of the event, you will receive 50% credit towards future events. Credits must be used within one year from the date of the original event.
3. Delivery Policy
Consulting Services:
- Consulting services are delivered through scheduled sessions, workshops, and assessments. The delivery method may include in-person meetings, virtual sessions, or a combination of both, depending on the agreement with the client.
- All deliverables, such as strategic plans, assessments, and reports, are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.
In-Person and Virtual Events:
- Event materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, will be provided at the event location or sent electronically for virtual events. Details will be communicated to participants prior to the event.
4. Return Policy
Consulting Services:
- Given the nature of consulting services, there are no returns on services rendered. Our focus is on delivering value and actionable insights, and we work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
In-Person and Virtual Events:
- As stated, event tickets or registrations are non-refundable. However, credits are available as outlined in the refund policy above.
5. Cancellation Policy
Consulting Services:
- Clients may cancel their consulting services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance of the next scheduled session. Any services provided up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and any prepaid fees are non-refundable.
- Should Revolutionary Communities, LLC need to cancel a session or service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and a new date will be scheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service may be offered.
In-Person and Virtual Events:
- Cancellations by the client must be made in accordance with the credit policy outlined above. Revolutionary Communities, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event.
6. Customer Satisfaction
