By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Revolutionary Communities, LLC provides:

• Community Management Services: We offer tools and support for building and managing online communities.
• Consulting Services: Tailored consulting for businesses and individuals to enhance community engagement.
• Events: Both in-person and virtual events focused on community building and professional development.
• Online Community Management Alliance (OCMA): A learning platform offering digital training, resources, and products.

Our services are primarily intended for community builders and managers focused on growing online communities. Users are generally required to be 18 years or older unless a parent or guardian provides consent for minors.

2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

• Account Creation: Users must create an account to access our digital programs, consulting services, and member resources. Required information includes name, email address, and other relevant details.
• User Conduct: Users are expected to:
  • Refrain from harassment, disrespect, or spamming.
  • Engage in focused conversations related to the community of interest.
  • Adhere to the User Code of Conduct upon joining the community.
• User-Generated Content: We encourage user-generated content, including comments, posts, and feedback. Users may also submit images, provided they are appropriate and free from profanity, hate speech, or R-rated content. Content is self-managed by users, with support from our community managers.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe, and Kajabi Payments.
• Subscriptions: Subscription-based services are available through OCMA and The Revolutionaries. Subscription terms may be monthly, 30-day, or annual. Users must cancel services at least 30 days in advance or before the next billing cycle for monthly subscriptions.
• Pricing Changes: Users will be notified of any price changes via email and on our website.

4. Service Availability

• Service Interruptions: In the event of a significant service interruption, users will be notified via email. Our services are available globally, and we strive to minimize any downtime.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All content on this website is owned by Revolutionary Communities, LLC. Users have rights only to the content they add but may not screenshot, copy, or misuse others' content.
• Licensing: Only certified community managers with appropriate licenses may use Revolutionary Communities' intellectual property. Licensed holders may also host certification programs through their properties, subject to an additional fee.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care. We collect personal data such as name, email, payment information, phone numbers, date of birth, and address. This data is used for marketing, customer support, and service improvement. Your data is shared only with third-party tools or services, such as payment processors and CRM systems, as needed to provide our services. • Company-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion. If your services are terminated, billing will cease immediately.
